Towel Finishing

All towels are run through our continuous tumble dryer. This not only improves the absorption of water but helps to soften and preshrink the towels. We recycle and reuse all the excess water from this process.

Following drying, all towels go through automatic sewing machines before they move over for final inspection.

Finishing options for all towels include:

  • Grommets
  • Hooks
  • Webbing
  • Trifolding
  • Polybagging

Tapestry & Throw Finishing

All tapestries and throws are washed and dried in tumble driers. This part of the process softens, pre-shrinks, and improves the absorption of water for future washes. No harsh chemicals or fragrances are used during the washing. All excess water is recycled to keep this product as eco-friendly as possible.

Following drying, all tapestries and throws are sent for final inspection.

Finishing options for all tapestries and throws include:

  • Polybagging
  • Zipper bag
  • Labels sewn on
  • Special folding
