Shearing
All our towel projects include the optional step of shearing, which leaves the towel with a luxurious soft feeling. Our team uses a special machine to cut off the top of the loops after weaving and this provides a velour-like finish. All lint and loop scraps are collected and compacted into briquettes allowing us to cut down on waste.
