Warping
During the warping process, yarn threads are prepared for weaving by arranging the threads on cones. Each color in a custom design requires between 200-400 cones of yarn, which must each be manually cut and re-tied for every color change. After the cones are tied, the yarn is put onto warp beams via the sectional warper.
